Andjuan McIntyre, 39, of Madison, appeared during felony court proceedings on Wednesday, June 11, in the Madison County Courthouse, with the Hon. Mark Feagle presiding. McIntyre was facing charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and smuggling contraband into a county detention facility.

He was given credit for 247 days served. He was also ordered to pay a total of $250 in fines and court-related costs.
