A trailer became unhitched from a truck and traveled through the window of the Madison Builder's Supply on State Road 53 South on Tuesday, Oct. 13 at 11:10 a.m. According to the Madison Police Department report, Tommy Ray Wilson, 55, of Perry, Fl. was traveling south on State Road 53 South when the trailer he was pulling with his 2007 Ford F-150 became unhitched and traveled across the northbound lane into the window of Madison Builder's Supply. When the trailer came through the window, Bruce Craig Dupuis, 63, of Madison was knocked to the ground and suffered a laceration to his left hand. The trailer caused extensive damage to the building. The window was broken and several bricks from the wall were knocked out.
