Tracey Fletcher visits the Madison Public Library

Leah Androski reporter@greenepublishing.com Tracey Fletcher, a member of Capitol Bells, in Tallahassee, paid a visit to the Madison Public Library, located at 378 College Loop, in Madison, on Tuesday, July 1 as a part of the Suwannee River Regional Library summer reading program: “Art is Everywhere” from 10:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m.  Fletcher started the handbells program with showing everyone a video of people performing with handbells during a concert. This showed everyone what mu
