Town of Greenville takes “last step”

Rick Patrick rick@greenepublishing.com   During the regular meeting of the Greenville Town Council on Monday, July 13, the Council approved a resolution related to the approval of a quit claim deed for the old Greenville Elementary School property. According to Town Attorney John Reid, this was the “last step” needed before the Town takes ownership of the property. The Town Council approved a resolution authorizing the sale of property owned by the Town to Lange Farms, LLC.
