The Greenville Audit: Was Greenville town government a “family affair?”

Rick Patrick  rick@greenepublishing.com Among the many findings listed in the recent preliminary and tentative audit findings of the Town of Greenville are possible conflicts of interest surrounding the former Mayor and her sister, who also served on the Greenville Town Council.  The first of the findings centered around the Town Council election in November of 2022. During that election cycle, there were two seats up for election. In one seat, there was only one candidate qualified.
