This past Sunday, I had the wonderful opportunity of attending Transformation Church in Pensacola. My home church, Mercy House, is merging with another church and my friends and I saw that as an opportunity to try something new. I will forever be thankful that we did, because I feel at home there for sure. I am a big note-taker, so when we walked into the main room and were handed a guided note paper, I was thrilled! We talked through what values are and what we think some of our values may be. We also discussed various stories and verses that help show the importance of sticking to our values and to the path that God has paved for us. At the end of the message, our pastor asked us to open our hearts and see if there was anything God seemed to be wanting to tell us, and automatically my message was, “You belong here.” Yes sir!
I know that change is a tough pill to swallow in everyone’s life, but remember to keep your heart open during the different scenarios happening in your life. God might have something important to say that can help make the transition easier.
