Stormwater Vulnerability of Lee is set to host their first public meeting on Thursday, Jan. 22, at the Lee Town Hall, located at 286 NE Cd 255. The meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m., with light refreshments available for those attending.

Three public meetings are planned, scheduled to accomate work commitments. In the meantime, Stormwater encourages the community to visit www.leestormva.com to give input on flooding issues. “We need your input to help identifying flooding areas,” stated the Stormwater Vulnerability team. Detailed instructions on how to add information on the map can be found at www.LeeStormVA.com. Those attending the meeting will have the opportunity to report issues in person, if preferred.
The coordinators encourage everyone to come to the public meetings. For more information, visit their website or contact Sona Hasylett at leemanager@leeflorida.org or call (850) 971-5867.
