The H.E.N.S. women’s ministry of St. John’s Missionary Baptist Church is hosting a ladies brunch on Saturday, April 25, at 10 a.m. The church is located at 5905 NW Lovett Rd., in Greenville. The cost for the event is $20 and t-shirts are available for an additional $10.
Praise and worship will follow the brunch and Lacey Duncan Jones will be the guest speaker. She is a communications executive from Gainesville, Fla. and a mother whose faith was shaped and stretched in unexpected ways as her family dealt with infertility and numerous medical challenges with her daughter.
During that difficult season, Jones developed a strong praise and prayer life that taught her to boldly believe God for miracles yet to happen. She loves teaching the Bible and is passionate about helping women develop unshakable faith in the Lord.
