Sexual offender sentenced

Rick Patrick rick@greenepublishing.com On Tuesday, Nov. 25, Lindsay Akins, 58, of Madison, was in court before the Hon. Melissa Olin, in the Madison County Courthouse. He was facing a charge of failure of a sexual offender to properly register a change in employment. Akins entered a plea of guilty and was adjudicated guilty.
