The much-anticipated North Florida Pro Rodeo is riding into Madison County on Friday, March 27 and Saturday, March 28. The event will take place at 1748 SE Dale Leslie Dr., in Lee, and gates open at 5 p.m. nightly. Plenty of food and other vendors will be available for your enjoyment before the action begins.
This annual event promises something for all ages, kicking off with Mutton Bustin’ for the kids, each night at 6:15 p.m. Children five years old and up can register for the opportunity to test their balance while riding some rambunctious sheep. There is a $20 fee for each child per night.
Numerous events will follow at 7 p.m., including bull riding , barrel racing, breakaway, ranch bronc, steer wrestling, saddle bronc, calf roping and team roping.
This event is not only great entertainment, but all proceeds will be distributed by the Madison County Chamber of Commerce and the Rodeo Community Impact Mini-grant Program.
