During the regular meeting of the Madison Rotary Club on Wednesday, Sept. 17, the club members heard an interesting presentation on updates and improvements being made to the U.S. Air Force’s B1B Lancer bomber. The Cold War era plane is undergoing improvements that will help the Air Force to adapt to new threats that may emerge in the future. The Madison Rotary Club meets each Wednesday, at 12 p.m., at the Villa Maria Social Hall of the St. Vincent
