Recreation Association burns mortgage

Rick Patrick rick@greenepublishing.com   It was a great day of celebration and a major step forward in the restoration of a Madison County historical landmark on Saturday, June 13, when the Madison County Recreation Association (MCRA) was able to burn the mortgage on 18 acres of property. The MCRA had acquired the property from Madison County Memorial Hospital with the dream of building a community center that will be used for educational and cultural enrichment for the community,
