
Raymond Pinkard honored at City Commission meeting

The Madison City Commission met on Tuesday, Dec. 12, with a special preview of a plaque honoring former Madison Fire Chief Raymond Pinkard, who was Madison’s first and longest serving fire chief. The plaque, noting the renaming of the Madison Fire Station in Pinkard’s honor, was unveiled by Chief Bruce Jordan. Pinkard passed away in 2020.
