
Probation violation results in prison time

In July of 2022, Rashad Oryan Robinson, 34, of Madison, was found guilty of third degree grand theft and sentenced to three years of probation. On Monday, Dec. 18, Robinson appeared before the Hon. Wesley Douglas and admitted violating the terms of his probation. As a result, Robinson had his probation terminated and revoked and was sentenced to serve 24 months in the custody of the Department of Corrections. He was given credit for 112 days already
