This October, as we celebrate National Principals Month, we shine the spotlight on Crystal Cunningham, the new principal of Madison County High School (MCHS). With her global experience, warm leadership and deep dedication to students and staff Dr. Cunningham has already begun leaving a lasting impact on our school community.
When asked what inspired her to step into the role of principal, Dr. Cunningham shared that her journey began in the classroom. “After spending several years teaching, I realized I wanted to make a broader impact outside of my classroom,” she explained. “Becoming a principal was a way to help shape a positive school culture and support both academic and personal growth for everyone in the building.”
