In an effort to inform the voters of Madison County, Greene Publishing, Inc. will be holding another political forum ahead of the Tuesday, Nov. 3, general election. Candidates for County Commission, School Board and State Representative will be on hand to answer questions and share their thoughts with you, the voters of Madison County. The forum will take place in the Madison County Courthouse, in the main courtroom, on Tuesday, Oct. 6, at 6 p.m. Everyone is invited to come out and listen to the candidates. For those unable to attend in person, the forum will be streamed live on the Greene Publishing Facebook page. The following candidates have been invited to participate:

Voters are reminded that Monday, Oct. 5 is the last day to register to vote in the November general election. Early voting begins on Saturday, Oct. 24. Election Day is Tuesday, Nov. 3. You may also call (850) 973-6507, or stop by the office at 239 SW Pinckney St., in Madison. Office hours are Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
