Outside firm hired for Greenville investigation

Rick Patrick rick@greenepublishing.com During a special meeting of the Greenville Town Council on Monday, Jan. 26, the council addressed an issue that arose during a previous meeting. It was revealed that someone had sought whistleblower status in revealing some issues with the town. These issues were not revealed at the time, but Town Attorney John Reid stated that an investigation into the issue was warranted. For the sake of transparency, Reid said an outside investigator would need to be o
