New Greenville Town Council takes office

On Thursday, Nov. 6, three members of the Greenville Town Council were sworn in to begin their new term on the town’s governing body. Council Members Chiquila Pleas, Kathleen Hamilton and Ryan Kornegay all took their oaths of office to serve on the town council. Pleas and Kornegay were re-elected to their posts by Greenville voters on Tuesday, Nov. 4. Hamilton, a former member of the town council defeated incumbent Robin Housh in the Nov.
