Robert F. Kennedy (RFK) Jr. has taken office as Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary. He is the second Democrat (with Tulsi Gabbard) to join the Trump Cabinet. No Democratic senators joined Republicans to make these appointments bipartisan. Remember when Kamala Harris suggested that she would appoint a Republican (maybe Liz Cheney to Defense Secretary, like her father) to her cabinet and was lauded by the press. I guess bipartisanship only works in one direction … like so many other things from the corrupt media. Frankly, I think both Kennedy and Gabbard are viewed as traitors by the Democratic Party. Too bad; I think their perspective will be valuable to the new administration.
RFK has called our national attention to two very important topics related to health – food and pharmaceutical medicines. These are topics we often take for granted; Bobby Kennedy has asked us to look closer. I hope that his perspective from the chair of HHS will improve our health in many respects.
