The election is finally over. The voters have decided many things. There is a lot of second-guessing going on, particularly on the losing side. I have avoided going to these articles to understand what others think. These are my own views, particularly of the presidential choice.
First, Kamala Harris was a terrible candidate. The process by which she was selected was flawed and frankly undemocratic. She avoided interviews to explain herself. She flipped and flopped on so many issues and was never held to account by the sycophantic press. In essence, the voters did not understand her position and distrusted her, so they went the opposite way, or stayed home. A San Fransisco liberal does not represent mainstream America.
