Nana’s Books Foundation has great success in 2025

Nana’s Books Foundation Contributor As students across our country return to class, we look forward to reaching many more communities, public libraries, schools and thousands of students with books that promote greater kindness and compassion. Nana’s Books Foundation (NBF) has successfully donated over 20,000 grade-appropriate books on Alzheimer’s, dementia and other disabilities to over 9,300 students among 24 Title I schools in 11 states and D.C. the last four years. In 2025, 7,271 books were distributed to 2,994 students in eight Title I schools and their neighboring public libraries in District of Columbia, Florida, New Jersey, New York and Vermont. Our work continues into 2026 with your help: • Donate directly to fund grade-appropriate books for students, classrooms and libraries at givebutter.com/dlrNBk. Donations of $74 or more may receive a NBF t-shirt. • Got a 401K or 403b? Qualified Charitable Donations (QCD) are tax-exempt due to NBF’s 501.c.3 non-profit status. • Work for a company that matches your donations or provides an hourly rate for volunteer efforts (e.g. T-Mobile and Universal’s Give)? • Volunteer to be a Book Vetter or help with other administrative tasks at nanasbooks.org/volunteer.
