Name released in deputy involved shooting incident

Madison County Sheriff’s Office Contributor Madison County Sheriff David Harper previously withheld the identity of the deceased individual involved in the domestic violence case that resulted in a deputy-involved shooting on Wednesday, Oct. 11. The name was being withheld pending formal notification of the next of kin. Sheriff Harper reports the next of kin has been formally notified and the deceased has been identified as Javier Luis Semidey Morales, 57-years-old. The investigation remains a
