Multiple charges result in two-year prison sentence

Laura Young news@greenepublishing.com Calvin Dennis Scott of Greenville, Fla., received judgement in three criminal cases on Monday, Oct. 9. Scott had been charged on Dec. 9, 2020, with DUI, Leaving the Scene of Crash Involving Personal Injury, Resisting Officer without Violence and Driving While License Suspended; on July 15, 2022, with Felony Battery and Resisting Officer without Violence; and on March 6, with Felony Battery. Scott was at large until, on April 23, the Jefferson County Sh
