More than $4.5 million in funding announced for North Florida water resource projects

Suwannee River Water Management District Contributor Governor Ron DeSantis, on Wednesday, Dec. 3, announced the approval of more than $4.5 million in funding for a trio of projects that will help strengthen water resources in the Suwannee River Water Management District. The funding is part of an overall $112 million announced by Gov. DeSantis for statewide projects identified by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) and Florida's water management districts. Funding fo
