On Thursday, Dec. 22, the Madison Public Library was home to large amounts of holiday cheer brought by Anna Stange's story time and activity hour. Children and their guardians were able to enjoy story times told in song, various holiday games and even an indoor snowball fight. Stange loves bringing the children together while also teaching them important life lessons an history. Not only were favorites such as “Here Comes Santa Claus” read and sang, but stories discussing Hanukkah and Native American traditions were introduced as well. The children enjoyed all of the activities available, especially the snowball fight to conclude the hour. The Madison Public Library encourages more children to attend these activity sessions in the upcoming year.
