Madison County law enforcement officer retires

Rick Patrick rick@greenepublishing.com   For a span of over 36 years, Col. Epp Richardson, of the Madison County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO), has served the citizens of Madison County. That time of service began with the Florida Department of Agriculture when Col. Richardson was, as he jokingly called it, a “veggie cop.” When he found an opportunity, he transitioned to the place where he would make a career of serving the people of Madison County. That place was the MCSO. Lovi
