Madison Babe Ruth 12U All-Stars dominate district tournament Headed to state

Rick Patrick  rick@greenepublishing.com The Madison County Babe Ruth 12U All-Stars utilized hot bats and great defensive play to dominate the district tournament, in Live Oak, to win the district title and pave their way to the state tournament in Jacksonville Beach later this month. The local team yielded just two runs over the four-game tournament, scoring in double digits in each game. “This really is a special team,” said Coach Adam Odiorne. The district tournament began with a 16
