Learning As I Go: New year, new you

I saw a lady walking her bicycle up a hill this morning and commented to my family. “Ya’ll see that lady? She hasn’t exercised all year and decided for her resolution she’d ride ten miles a day.”
“Do you know her?” my husband asked.
“No, but look at how she’s dressed. This was on purpose. She’s obviously regretting her decision.”
That’s the problem with this time of year. We have all these goals but none of them are realistic.
