Learning As I Go: Making versus taking
One of my goals this summer is to exercise five days a week. Nothing terribly strenuous, but enough to burn some calories and get my body stronger. One morning, I woke up groggy, weary and unmotivated. My body ached from the day before and I could have easily skipped my stationary bike ride. I could have pushed it off and done it later in the day when I felt better. But I promised myself I wouldn’t allow excuses. I had to make it a priority. So, I made time and rode my bike.
