The month of July is awareness month for cord blood, Sarcoma, UV Safety and National Cleft & Craniofacial & Prevention.  According to cordbloodbank.com, cord blood is, “the blood left in the umbilical cord,” after the baby is born. Cord blood contains Hematopoietic Stem Cells (HSCs)
