The Hot Tamales, a singing duo from Tallahassee, Fla., return for the 5th annual Ray Charles Birthday Picnic, held at Haffye Hays Park, in Greenville, on Tuesday, Sept. 23, beginning at 6 p.m.
Light refreshments will be provided. The Hot Tamales will be performing some of Charles’ most beloved hits, and all musicians are invited to join the fun. Everyone is invited to enjoy this yearly tribute to Charles, who was a Greenville native who went on to become a legend in the music industry.
Haffye Hayes Park is located at 140 SW Broad Ave., in Greenville.
