First Baptist Church of Pinetta was letting the Light of the world shine during their recent Vacation Bible School (VBS), held Sunday, July 12 through Thursday, July 16.
Armed with a great staff of volunteers, the VBS gave kids a better understanding of who Jesus is, while providing plenty of crafts, Bible lessons, praise and worship, games and more.
The kitchen staff provided a popular menu of favorite meals and a steady supply of peanut butter and jelly sandwiches to keep everyone energized. VBS organizers are grateful for all of the hard work provided by their volunteers who helped make the event successful.
