The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission is hosting a clean-up event at the Hickory Mound Impoundment on Saturday. April 25, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Everyone interested in attending should meet at the end of Cow Creek Grade, at the southeast corner of the impoundment at 9 a.m. Refreshments will be provided, but participants will need to bring water, work gloves, bug spray and boots.
All help is appreciated in helping to improve the conditions of our public conservation lands, benefitting both wildlife and those who enjoy spending time in one of nature’s beautiful habitats.
