North Florida College will be the site for an event targeted toward helping small businesses located in rural Florida. FloridaCommerce and the Florida Small Business Development Center are teaming up to bring valuable information and resources to rural area small businesses through the Rural Business Resource Tour. The event will take place on Friday, Jan. 16, from 3 p.m. until 5:30 p.m., in Building Nine on the campus of North Florida College, in Madison. Those attending the event will be able to:
• Meet one-to-one with business support organizations from the federal, state and local levels
• Attend workshops
• Network with fellow rural business owners and community leaders
