What has become a beloved holiday tradition for the area returns Thanksgiving night at 6207 NE Colin Kelly Hwy., about five miles north of Madison. The Roebuck family and their Hanson Christmas light show will once again entertain passers by with their combination of lights and sounds of the season.
This year's show features favorites from previous years, along with improved animation. The show features thousands of dazzling lights choreographed to a variety of songs, including many of your holiday favorites. The hour-long show runs continually from 5:30 p.m. until 10 p.m., Sunday through Thursday evenings and until 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday evenings. The show will continue until New Year's Eve. The music for the show can be heard at 104.3 on your FM dial.
There is no charge to stop and watch the show. Donations will be accepted and will be used to help support local charities.
Those driving through the area are asked to slow down and use caution when approaching. Those planning to stop are urged to be especially careful, keep their parking lights on and respect the neighbors by not blocking their driveways. Please keep in mind that Colin Kelly Highway is a very busy highway, so please keep a close watch on any children.
The Roebuck family hopes you enjoy this year's show and have a safe and joyous holiday season.
