Greenville to possibly do away with “CEO/CFO”

Rick Patrick  rick@greenepublishing.com In a move that could suggest the current Greenville Town Council has a desire to move forward from the past, the council members heard the first reading of an ordinance that would do away with the “operational job title” for the Town Manager. In the ordinance, the phrase, “The Town Manager shall operate under the official title of Chief Executive Officer/Chief Financial Officer, or CEO/CFO,” is stricken.
