
Greenville resident seriously injured in crash

A four-vehicle crash in Perry, Fla., occurred at approximately 2 a.m. on Wednesday, May 7, leaving a Greenville man and a Perry man seriously injured, while two others sustained minor injuries.
The Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) report indicates that a truck driven by a 52-year-old man from Perry failed to stay in its lane of travel while westbound on U.S. Hwy. 27. He sideswiped an eastbound tractor/trailer driven by a 67-year-old man from Greenville.
