Hayley Starling joined the Greene Publishing family on Thursday, June 19. as an ad sales representative. She has been a Madison County resident off and on for 26 years.
Before coming to Greene Publishing, Starling was a math instructor at Madison Creative Arts Academy. She also taught at James Madison Preparatory High School for four years.
Working in the journalism field has been a long-term interest for Starling. “Journalism was my first career goal,” states Starling, who worked in graphic design for the Valdosta Daily Times for one year. The transition to ad sales has been pleasant for Starling. “I’ve had a lot of success early, so I’m loving it here,” said Starling.
Besides enjoying time with her husband, Jordan, and two sons, Atlas and August, she loves baking, digital arts and arts and crafts. “I also enjoy reading and learning. Education is very important to me,” stated Starling.
