A total of 41 felony cases are set to appear before the Honorable Melissa G. Olin in the Madison County Courthouse on Monday, March 13. Among the cases is a motions and pre-trial hearing for Kendrick Richardson, Jr., who has been charged with manslaughter while armed and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Another case is an arraignment hearing for former Madison Correctional Institution employee Deanna Jolley, who is accused of unlawful compensation for official behavior. Samuel Houston will have an arraignment hearing on the charge of cruelty to animals. Several drug-related cases are on the docket, including a felony arraignment for Tyquan Denson, who is facing charges of carrying a concealed firearm during a felony, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and possession of more than 20 grams of cannabis. Charles Dustin Green will be arraigned on a violation of probation charge of possession of methamphetamine. Kamryn Mendheim will appear before Judge Olin on a motion to suppress charges of trafficking in methamphetamine. Josiah Rauls will be arraigned on felony possession of more than 20 grams of cannabis. Tracy Robinson will be arraigned on felony possession of a controlled substance and trespass of an unoccupied structure. Chulcie Sullivan will be arraigned on charges of possession of methamphetamine, driving while license suspended or revoked and no motor vehicle registration. Scott Tanguay will be arraigned on charges of trafficking in a controlled substance, resisting officer without violence and possession of drug paraphernalia. Willie Thompkins will be arraigned on possession of a controlled substance and assault on a person 65 years of age or older.
All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
