From the Sunny Side: Happy New Year

First of all, I want to assure everyone that I have not forgotten to read a calendar. I say that in spite of the fact that I often have to remind myself of what day it is. I chalk that up to time spent constantly thinking about when the next edition of the newspaper is coming out. I am always thinking a couple of days ahead. My current reference to a “New Year” is more academic than literal. The “New Year” to which I am referring happens to be the new school year. Spending as much time
