After what was described as a very brief meeting of the North Florida College (NFC) Board of Trustees on Friday, Aug. 29, Madison resident Dr. Jennifer Page, Executive Vice President, was selected to become NFC’s new president.
Page’s start date will be determined by the Board of Trustees at a future meeting. Current President Dr. John Grosskopf will continue to serve students as part of the faculty.
Page has a long history of service at NFC, beginning as a developmental English instructor, later becoming the Coordinator of the Academic Success Center. Afterwards, she was tapped as the Director of Teaching and Learning before becoming Dean of Academic Affairs in 2018. Page was promoted from Vice President of Academic Affairs to Executive Vice President in July.
