On Thursday, Oct. 2, volunteers from Cross Pointe Church, in Madison, descended upon the campus of Madison Creative Arts Academy bearing snowcones for the staff and students. By day’s end, 450 snowcones were served. The volunteers returned on Saturday, Oct. 4, with a mission to provide yard cleaning and weeding to the grounds of the facility.
Though it was a lot of work, the church members enjoyed providing the sweets and services as well as the fellowship that occurred while working together to get the job done.
