Cowgirls push past Panthers

Rick Patrick rick@greenepublishing.com It was a tough game for the Madison County High School (MCHS) Cowgirls varsity softball team on Tuesday, April 7. The Cowgirls were hosting the Panthers of St. John Paul II Catholic School, from Tallahassee. The Cowgirls built a 3-0 lead after three innings, then managed to hold the Panthers at bay after they put two runs on the scoreboard in the top of the fifth inning to take a 3-2 win.
