Cowboys hold summer workouts

Rick Patrick rick@greenepublishing.com   For many of the Madison County High School (MCHS) Cowboy hopefuls, the hot days of summer are not a time for sitting on the sofa, playing video games. For these young athletes, the sweat and grind of June and July, will pay dividends in October and November. Although these summer workouts are not mandatory, in accordance with Florida High School Athletic Association rules, both players and coaches alike realize the benefits that come from pa
