Cowboy weightlifters achieve success

Rick Patrick rick@greenepublishing.com On Tuesday, April 7, the Madison County High School (MCHS) Cowboys weightlifting team went to Taylor County High School to participate in the Class 1A Region Two District Four weightlifting championship meet. While the Cowboys’ team finished in Fifth Place, in both the Traditional Scoring and Olympic Scoring, several individual Cowboys had a successful meet. Competing in the 139-pound weight class, Cowboy Xin Zheng placed Second in Traditional Scorin
