City Commission elects Jim Stanley as mayor

The Madison City Commission held a special meeting on Wednesday, July 16, hoping to fill the district four vacancy created by the resignation of Byron Poore. Former commissioner Jim Stanley was elected to fill Poore’s seat and take on the roll as mayor.
