The relief society of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, located at 1374 W Base St., in Madison, is hosting an emergency preparedness mini seminar event on Saturday, Aug. 9, from 10 a.m. until 12 p.m.
At this event, you will learn how to prepare disaster-ready meals, ways to prepare for emergencies and to prepare for the unexpected. Brunch will be served. This event is free.
