
Childhood reflections with a touch of grace: Ordered steps
Growing up, I learned a lot about ordering my steps, especially since mine tended to leave me face planting on various surfaces. From sidewalks to the sandy schoolyard playgrounds, I could always find my way down. Fortunately, I was blessed with a healthy stubborn streak and a father who wouldn’t allow me to falter without finding my way back to my feet.
Over time, I became more skilled at navigating life with half my body choosing to be less than productive or cooperative. Nevertheless, le
