Cherie’s heart was a sanctuary of love, and she cherished her Thursday night dinners with family, a tradition that brought her great happiness. She had a passion for life that was evident in her many interests, from tending to her beautiful flower gardens and enjoying the tranquility of her porch to practicing yoga and attending church. A true beach lover, Cherie found peace in the sun and sand, eagerly anticipating her yearly vacations to Camp Blanding with her sister and family.
Cherie was a caring mother, sister, aunt and friend, always putting the needs of others before her own. Her kindness and compassion touched the lives of everyone who knew her, and she will be profoundly missed by her family, and in the words of John 16:33, “These things I have spoken to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation, but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.” Cherie’s spirit will live on in the hearts of those she loved.
