A Cappella sing gets Down Home Days off on the right note

Mickey Starling reporter3@greenepublishing.com The sanctuary of Madison Church of Christ was filling quickly on Friday, April 17, in anticipation of the annual a cappella sing. A group of familiar song leaders warmed up their “pipes” before leading the congregation in many of their favorite hymns. Leading the singing this year was: Chris Holley, Minister Ted Brooks, Olan Nobles, George Monreal and Theo Elam. After the worship concluded, everyone enjoyed conversation and refreshments in t
